dji Drone Repair Process
At this stage we will request information on the drones condition and provide you with a price estimate for your approval. Please remember, we do not repair water damaged drones as the cost to conduct the repairs generally cost more than a new drone.
Include you name, mobile number, email & return address, damage description, item & serial number (you can find the serial of most drones inside the battery compartment underneath a QR code)
Prior to posting your drone, please remove the SD card, batteries, remote, and any other accessories from the box. Securely package the drone in its original box if possibly also using newspaper or bubble wrap for protection during transit.
